- Answer: The term new Americans encompasses people who might consider themselves new arrivals in the US and anyone who is a non-native English language speaker.
- Question: What ages?
- Answer: Adults that are 18 years or older.
- Question: Is there any type of tracking of these clients required?
- Answer: Yes. Respondents should identify in their proposal how they plan to track increased engagement and outcomes.
- Question: How will we be monitored/How will success be measured?
- Answer: The grantees will be reporting to and monitored by ONA’s Program Manager. Performance measures will be similar to that of ETP.
- Question: Can you tell me any more about the Quarterly reports and what they may look like?
- Answer: ONA will create the reporting form using one of ETP’s as a template.
- Question: Is there any specific format to use to submit this?
- Answer: No specific format is required, but strong proposals should consider addressing:
